Regulatory Status

Kalandri Capital Private Limited (“Kalandri”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Company carries on the business of providing lending and working-capital finance to enterprises in accordance with applicable RBI directions and guidelines.

Certificate of Registration

The Company holds a valid Certificate of Registration (No. N-02.00323) issued by the Reserve Bank of India, permitting it to commence / carry on the business of a non-banking financial institution without accepting public deposits. Grievance Redressal

Kalandri maintains a grievance redressal mechanism in accordance with its Fair Practices Code and applicable RBI directions. Customers may refer to the Fair Practices Code for the escalation matrix. If a complaint is not resolved within the applicable turn-around time, customers may escalate to the RBI, Department of Non-Banking Supervision (email: dnbsmro@rbi.org.in).
